European Biocidal Regulation Information (NEW!)
New european legislation has been released which came into force on 1st September 2013. The legislation requires vendors who place treated timber on the market to label it according to it’s biocidal products content. As a timber treatment service provider, our responsibility is solely to inform you of this legislation, and as a an additional service, we have provided the following materials to help you comply:

Biosecurity Conditions For Imports To Australia (NEW!)
For customers wishing to provide treated timber to the Australian market, the following data sheet explains the requirements for chemical use and uptake. Essentially, the Wolmanit CX-8 chemical that Glenavon Timber Treatment use for Pressure Treatment complies with the Australian regulations, but requires the use of kiln dried pine species wood in order to provide the required uptake of chemical.
